C. Call for Presentation
CALL FOR CONFERENCE ABSTRACT
A 150-250 word abstract with a title not exceeding 12 words and a 70 word biodata should be sent to the seminar secretariat no later than August 1st 2011. Abstract exceeding the word limit will not be acceptted.
The Seminar Planning Committee will inform the accepttance of abstracr from proposers by September 1st 2011. Presenters are required to confirm participation by completing payment of registration by September 15 2011 and to fully register to the seminar.
A soft copy of the complete text of the papers selected for the seminar must be sent to the secretariat no later than September 11, 2011. If the papers are not received by this date, the Committe reserves the right to withdraw the papers from presentation.

CRITERIA OF PAPER ACCEPTANCE
All abstracts will be scrutinized and evaluated by the Seminar Planning Committe. Relevance to the theme of the seminar and originality of approaches are among the major considerations in accepting the papers. The committe reserves the right to decline papers/ workshop proposals without assigning reasons.

COPYRIGHT/ PUBLICATIONS
TEFLIN reserves the copiright over all papers presented at the seminar. Selected papers will be published. The copyright of papers not published by TEFLIN will be reassigned to the authors.
